Requirements

  • Demonstrative track record of ownership and accountability for projects, duties, and tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead role focused on independently drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering license and other agreements relating to IP (with an emphasis on trademarks), talent/endorsement/influencer agreements, amendments, renewals, customs/authorization letters, and a range of related commercial agreements.
  • Supervising other legal team members (e.g., Counsel and/or Senior Counsel) by reviewing work product, ensuring timely delivery of work product, and providing training on internal processes, substantive skills, and soft skills.
  • Enabling Authentic’s business to timely achieve its targets, while respecting the Company’s principles and applicable laws, and assisting in embedding these principles into the Company’s processes and decisions.
  • Implementing and overseeing corporate policies, procedures, and programs.
