  • Efficiently processes and relays messages for Guests, ensuring seamless and timely Communication.
  • Safely handles and stores Guest luggage, reflecting FIVE’s sensational Service Standards.
  • Stays abreast of all Hotel Services, including daily VIP Requests and Special Events, delivering a Curated Experience that exceeds Guest Expectations.
  • Demonstrates an exceptional knowledge of FIVE’s Offerings, Standards, and Compliances, maintaining FIVE’s industry-leading reputation.
  • Maintains orderliness and safety in the Lobby and Front Door Areas, ensuring Guests a ‘FIVE-Star’ experience.
  • Upholds a clean, healthy, and safety-conscious Working Environment.
