Responsibilities

  • Design creative executions including but not limited to Amazon-owned devices brand and ad placements, maintaining high productivity, quality standards and meeting turnaround time targets.
  • Ensure design requirements are met in adherence with product specs, policies and creative guidelines.
  • Optimize digital assets for web, mobile, big screen and other devices.
  • Follow and apply graphic templates and style guides.
  • Propose best in class costumer experience by integrating style guides, creativity, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.
  • Help ensure quality control, while working closely with marketing stakeholders, design peers and quality specialist.
  • Exhibit an ability to follow creative lead as expected, and also contribute to push the creative envelope in a constructive, memorable way with the customer in mind.
  • Act as an expert for one or more design categories, helping resolve customer queries, troubleshooting when needed, as well as training and mentoring new employees.
  • Be able to incorporate an analytical and strategical thinking.
  • Experienced working with multiple partners and stakeholders and communicate efficiently to solve challenges and pushing projects and campaigns forward.
