  • Contribuyo a posicionar la tienda IKEA como la primera elección de decoración del hogar en mi Primary Market Area (PMA) para ampliar al máximo las ventas y la rentabilidad a largo plazo. Basándome en mi conocimiento de la vida en el hogar de las personas y en mis competencias sobre equipamiento del hogar, presento y comunico la oferta de IKEA para que sea atractiva y relevante para mi mercado local.
  • Trabajo para dar visibilidad a la exclusividad de la gama de productos IKEA en ambientes, hogares, viñetas, soporte a ventas y áreas de colaboradores para desmarcarnos de la competencia.
  • Contribuyo a ampliar al máximo el impacto de estos medios para convertir a los visitantes en clientes satisfechos y estimular la repetición de sus visitas, generando vitalidad en todas las áreas de la tienda durante todo el año.
  • Conozco y entiendo las necesidades y deseos de las personas, sus situaciones y condiciones de vida en mi mercado local, así como sus comportamientos de compra. Uso este conocimiento para proporcionar soluciones de decoración del hogar para un producto o una gama de productos que mejoren las vidas de las personas en el hogar.
  • Planifico e implemento ideas y soluciones en muchos estilos, funciones y perfiles de precio diferentes para adaptarnos a muchos gustos personales y fortalecer la exclusividad de la gama de productos IKEA.
