  • Vision & Growth Strategy: Demonstrated success in driving growth in a dynamic physical EMEA retail environment, to develop new ideas, customer experience strategy and advocacy to grow the store portfolio with our licensee business partners, aligned to brand standards.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Has led initiatives to build the effectiveness of licensee operations by clearly articulating and communicating the brand strategy, purpose and objectives and translating into actionable business plans for the licensee.
  • Influence: Has been responsible for influencing and maintaining the relationship between company and licensees by providing consistent communications, processes, buy-in and influence on a system-wide basis. Has acted as a liaison between a variety of stakeholders and company.
  • Team Leadership: Has provided both strategic and tactical leadership and direction for a team, providing guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to the team, for the purpose of achieving key results.
  • Business Development & Negotiation: Strong capability to provide oversight as well as lead direct negotiations on new markets, investment strategies, contractual obligations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and agreements within a relationship management approach.
  • Financial Acumen: Has experience and understanding of financial management principles to ensure decisions are fiscally sound and responsible.
  • International Experience: Has worked in or led in one or more key business markets outside of home country and understands cultural nuances and has successfully navigated through these nuances.
  • Brand Stewardship: Has experience in connecting the dots between current business realities and future brand strategy. Has led in being the custodian and ambassador of the brand.

  • Coaching: Has successfully coached and provided business review meetings with licensees to guide development plans, renewal options and other topics that lead to success for all.
