Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Independently manages a docket of projects on behalf of the Head of Total Rewards. This includes preparing and tracking: notes and meeting takeaways, project plans, progress reports, documentation and other project-oriented artifacts. It also includes a managing project calls, liaising with stakeholders, communicating effectively, delivering upon select work streams, and overall effective project management.
  • Technology Investment: Oversees all technology-related work streams for Total Rewards organization, including managing annual investment process, working with stakeholders to determine needs, implementing tools/resources, and general technology planning.
  • Strategic Planning & Initiative Tracking: Partners with leadership team on defining strategy for organization, articulating key priorities, and clearly and effectively communicating to key stakeholders. Also responsible for managing the tracking, progress, and delivery of projects and initiatives that span across Total Rewards.
  • Key Performance Indicator (KPI) KPI Management: Defines, manages, monitors, and tracks key metrics that paint a picture of what the Rewards organization does, how we are progressing, and our contributions to Citi, Human Resources, and our employees.
  • Internal Initiative & Stakeholder Management: Spearheads as needed engagements with internal partners, including Legal, Procurement, Third-Party, Compliance, Audit, Finance, and others. This includes kicking off new initiatives, supporting ad hoc requests, responding to inquiries, etc. Must be able to effectively establish and build upon working relationships with these stakeholders.
  • Procedures & Documentation: Maintains documents and detailed, thorough records in support of Total Rewards Business Office. Manages procedure creation and maintenance to ensure appropriate documentation of our routines and processes.
  • Storytelling & Communications: Able to support Total Rewards organization through effective communications, especially through the use of Microsoft PowerPoint decks. Must be able lead and support others in content creation for various projects and initiatives. This role will also be responsible for managing governance and routines around Total Rewards communications to Citi and HR.
