Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for external and internal auditors. Provide requested documents for key controls to auditors. Ensure auditor requests are within scope and completed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Create and maintain Workday custom reports to streamline processes and support employee life cycle events and audit activities.
  • Grow as a subject matter expert for back-end data and organization management processes within Workday. Utilize resources such as Workday Community or 3rd party contacts to find solutions to problems when needed.
  • Manage technical escalations from the HR Operations team; partner with specialist groups, vendors, and other parties to resolve issues.
  • Perform tasks in support of Contingent Worker profile management in Workday.
  • Draft and maintain documentation of policies related to compliance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with ITGC/ITAC requirements. Lead annual reviews of documented policies and controls with control owners.
  • Update policies and controls according to current process while ensuring compliance under ITGC/ITAC.
  • Advise and inform requestors about prioritization of requests through clear communication.
  • Possess a strong work ethic; self-motivated with a desire to take initiative to create efficiencies and look for ways to improve audit processes and HR systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Ensure HR systems (e.g., Workday, integrations, Jira) and approval processes are sufficient according to internal policies and ITGC/ITAC requirements.
  • Advocate for controls owners while protecting the company and measuring auditor requests to internal expectations and appropriateness.
  • Track projects, tasks, and auditor RFIs and provide high level status updates to manager.
  • Provide awareness of upcoming potential changes from internal and external auditors.
  • Identify and report any compliance issues or violations and work with the appropriate teams to resolve them.
