Provide legal support on the acquisition of renewable energy projects, businesses and renewable energy opportunities, including reviewing and performing legal due diligence and co-ordinating all corporate matters, including SPV incorporation.</li><li>
Advise the business on issues and transactions arising through the whole lifecycle of a renewable energy project, from origination through to operation.</li><li>
Support commercial and contractual negotiations with counterparties, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating power purchase agreements, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) agreements and other construction contracts, operations and maintenance (O&amp;M) agreements; grid connection arrangements; tender documentation; supplier framework agreements; warranty documents and performance guarantees; bonds, PCGs and credit security arrangements; and non-disclosure agreements.</li></ul><ul><li>

What we’re looking for:
 Functional experience. Qualified to practice law in the UK. Post-qualification experience of at least [6] years, having worked in a law firm well regarded in renewable energy or equivalent in-house experience.
Technical expertise. Highly skilled legal professional with the proven ability to quickly assess and understand any number of complex legal issues across the business and provide commercial solutions. Strong analytical and innovative legal skills, attention to detail and commitment to quality work product.
Sector expertise. Significant experience in the power and infrastructure sectors, with excellent working knowledge of key industry standard forms of contract.
