The candidate for this Construction Internship should have a high school diploma and 2 years of college coursework at the sophomore, junior, or senior grade level. They should possess the ability to follow direction, understand quality and timely building processes, effectively communicate and follow up, and demonstrate a sense of urgency and proactiveness.

The Construction Intern will assist the Superintendent in managing all aspects of the job site, learn the home building process, shadow meetings and phone calls, maintain site cleanliness, ensure safety and compliance, and gain a comprehensive understanding of the division's operations.
