 POSITION OVERVIEW:
 The Engagement Administrator at Hushabye Nursery is accountable for managing the entire referral process from the time of referral to conversion to admission into Hushabye Nursery programs, building and maintaining relationships with community and medical partners, and ensuring effective coordination of care for families with substance use disorders (SUD) and/or opioid use disorders (OUD). This role involves supervising the Engagement Team members to meet the conversion targets set by the organization, conducting client assessments, managing insurance processes, providing compassionate support, and facilitating group education and support utilizing evidence-based and trauma-informed care. Requirements:
 
 QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
 Client Engagement and Admissions:
 <ul>
 <li>Act as a liaison for referrals and oversee the engagement and admissions process from initial contact to program entry.</li>
 <li>Conduct strengths-based needs assessments and develop family partnership agreements with measurable goals.</li>
 <li>Assign clients to appropriate clinicians and case managers and facilitate enrollment into Hushabye Nursery programming.</li>
 <li>Attend weekly outpatient meetings and ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA.</li>
 </ul>
 Community and Partner Relations:
 <ul>
 <li>Develop and maintain relationships with community and medical partners, especially those working with pregnant women and families with SUD/OUD.</li>
 <li>Attend local and state collaborative meetings to enhance care coordination for clients with SUD/OUD.</li>
 <li>Create and maintain an up-to-date resource database, collaborating with local programs to connect participants with community resources and support services.</li>
 </ul>
 Administrative and Coordination Tasks:

 <li>Coordinate and manage scheduling for client assessments and admissions.</li>
 <li>Complete documentation and manage records using an online database, adhering to established guidelines and standards.</li>
 <li>Serve as an advocate for participants, attending court, Homeless Court, hospital, and Department of Child Services (DCS) meetings as needed.</li>
 </ul>
 EMR and CRM Management:
 <ul>
 <li>Utilize EMR and CRM systems to manage client engagement, track assessments, and update client records.</li>
 <li>Maintain data accuracy within the CRM, ensuring that all client information is current and correctly documented, and provide coaching to other staff members if needed.</li>
 <li>Extract and analyze reports from the CRM to monitor engagement conversions, program participation, and other key metrics.</li>
 <li>Track and evaluate data to identify trends and performance patterns; utilize insights from reports to make informed decisions and optimize program outcomes.</li>
 </ul>
 Group Education and Support:
 <ul>
 <li>Facilitate and support community group education and support sessions for internal and external participants, utilizing evidence-based and trauma-informed care approaches.</li>
 <li>Address clients' parenting and recovery journeys through structured group interventions and educational programs as needed.</li>
 <li>Collaborate with program participants and care teams to set and meet goals, including coordination with DCS and other community partnerships.Initiate and foster community partnerships to enhance program visibility and effectiveness.</li>
 </ul>
 Client and Family Support:
 <ul>
 <li>Provide care in a supportive, compassionate, and non-judgmental manner, respecting clients' diversity and rights.</li>
 <li>Advocate for clients and assist them in navigating their care and accessing needed resources.</li>
 </ul>
 Compliance and Professional Standards:
 <ul>
 <li>Adhere to professional standards and state laws, including reporting child abuse or neglect as required.</li>
 <li>Complete required orientation, continuing competencies, and any additional projects or tasks as assigned by senior leadership.</li>

  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
  Human Resources
 
   Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, employee engagement, and health and wellness programs.
   Coordinates recruiting within the guidelines of company policy and government regulations.
   Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
   Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
   Respond to and advise employees regarding general HR matters and concerns.
 
  Training and Development
 
   Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
   Oversees company training programs and the documentation for compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
   Arizona Association of Health Plans Workforce Development administrator; responsible for organizational Relias training compliance; reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with AZAHP.
 
  Compliance
 
   Monitors and ensures the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and recommends best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
   Audits regularly and ensures employee and HR records are compliant.
   Ensures compliance with occupational health and safety through training, facilitates safety meetings, and tracks required drills, safety walkthroughs, and other safety requirements.
   Performs other duties as required.
 
  KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
 
   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
   Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
   Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
   Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
   Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems, Paylocity preferred but not required.
   Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
   Current AZ DPS Level 1 fingerprint clearance.
   Preferred experience in non-profit, healthcare, or behavioral health environments.
   Possession of SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification is desirable.
 
  EDUCATION (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS):
 
   A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional experience in a related area may also be considered.
   At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
