Overview Of Human Resources Manager

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of People Experience and part of a U.S. HR team of 35 individuals, the Human Resources Manager is directly responsible for the overall leadership, execution, administration and evaluation of the human resource function for the New York office.

This hands-on role requires the ability to build and leverage relationships, while effectively balancing ongoing, short term tactical work with longer term strategic needs and challenges.
