  About you 
  We are looking for someone with… 
  
  Previous supervisory/Team Leader experience 
  Ability to motivate a team 
  Good organisational skills 
  A passion for selling and customer engagement 
  An interest in visual merchandising 
  Clothing experience - desirable but not essential! 
  Passion, enthusiasm, and a hands-on attitude

Team Leader- - Mountain Warehouse

Team Leader-

You must have strong leadership skills, experience in retail or customer service, a passion for outdoor activities, and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

You will lead the team, ensure excellent customer service, manage stock levels, train staff, oversee daily operations, and drive sales to meet targets while maintaining a positive store environment.
