You must be fluent in English, available over the summer season (including weekends), dynamic, have good commercial awareness, great at building relationships, organized, results-driven, comfortable working early/late/on weekends, with sound judgement and decision-making skills. Hospitality experience and knowledge of other languages are bonuses.

You will assist guests with requests, troubleshoot problems, communicate feedback, facilitate payments, plan trips, and travel to home locations when needed to provide exceptional service.
