You have 3 years in B2B SaaS sales, live in Amsterdam, are tech-savvy, creative, and persistent, excel in communication, manage high email volumes, and are open to travel for prospects.

You will generate leads, conduct Discovery Calls, demo solutions, negotiate contracts, update CRM, close deals, engage clients, and gather market insights while collaborating with teams.

 To explain how we do this, I'd like you to meet Tim, the CEO of a Car Finance lender in the UK. Tim has 100 employees, 80 of whom talk to customers daily and Tim’s company has a huge compliance problem. At any moment, the regulator can ask Tim to prove he treats his customers fairly.
 To do this, he and his industry colleagues spend $21bn a year to hire quality assurance assessors like Laura, who go through calls and identify risks. Unfortunately, they can only go through 1-2% of interactions, leaving 99% unchecked.
 That's where Voyc comes in; our cutting-edge AI-powered call monitoring software helps Laura and her team monitor 100% of their calls, spend 30% less time listening to calls and achieve 99% regulatory compliance.
 How we at Voyc do that is we score 100% of the calls and rank them based on risk. We then kick off alerts and workflows to ensure the risk is mitigated either by training the agent or calling the customer back, and we then provide the data that Tim needs to show the regulator that he is compliant.
 We are growing 3x per year in the UK with over 80 finance companies and are now monitoring over 100 calls a minute. In January, we transitioned from a founder-led sales approach to a 2 FTE sales team led by an industry veteran, Rob Pronk. The team has successfully launched with both AEs reaching full productivity sooner than expected, and we’re now ready to grow the team
 
 Role Responsibilities
 <ul>
 <li>Use outbound prospecting on Linkedin and Hubspot to generate monthly leads in our ICP (UK insurance, consumer credit, or car finance brokers/lenders with 30-300 Employees with 10+ Agents/Advisors).</li>
 <li>Collaborate with our marketing team to write and send personalised messaging for key accounts (ABM)</li>
 <li>Book and complete a minimum of 10 Discovery Calls (SQLs) per month</li>
 <li>In addition, complete another 20 regular Discovery Calls booked by our SDR team.</li>
 <li>Complete a combined 30 monthly Discovery Calls and qualify BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).</li>
 <li>Set up and complete 10 monthly Demonstrations using clients' call recordings and quality frameworks to demonstrate ROI.</li>
 <li>Get any mix of key decision-makers (Managing Director/COO/Head of Operations/Head of Compliance/Head of Quality Assurance/Head of IT) to attend the demonstration.</li>
 <li>Design demo presentation slides showcasing that we've understood their problems and positioning Voyc as the perfect solution.</li>
 <li>Send out and negotiate annual contracts each month, including cellphone-based negotiations with buyers.</li>
 <li>Before the end of the week, update deal stages, deal values, and close dates in the CRM. Ensure all activities are logged.</li>
 <li>Close a minimum of four deals in the ICP per month</li>
 <li>Film a brief Loom video explaining who the new client is and why they purchased it, and ensure context is transferred to the Implementation team.</li>
 <li>Send an email to the client introducing their dedicated implementation manager and ensuring the kick-off call is scheduled.</li>
 <li>Log product ideas and share insights with the product team to influence the roadmap.</li>
 <li>Share detailed field information on competitors, as gathered in your interactions with customers, allowing our Marketing team to constantly update our competitive overviews.</li>
 <li>Attend all onboarding and configuration calls during the three month Implementation and Validation phase and ensure 100% of your clients successfully move into production.</li>
 <li>Contact the economic buyer once a month to see if they have any concerns and ensure they attend the QBRs.</li>

 Requirements

 <li>You have 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and/or in the insurance, consumer credit, or car finance sectors.</li>
 <li>You are based in Amsterdam.</li>
 <li>You're tech-savvy and comfortable using Voyc to set up, configure, and present demos on clients' calls, with a deep understanding of our product.</li>
 <li>You follow established processes while also being able to think creatively.</li>
 <li>You’re both tactical and creative in your approach to sales strategy, able to join the dots and add value in follow-ups. You can create urgency from thin air.</li>
 <li>You possess sales charisma and have strong active listening skills, allowing you to read between the lines, especially in the high-context UK market.</li>
 <li>You have a strong focus on understanding customer pain points and tailoring your communication to address those specific needs.</li>
 <li>You’re driven and persistent, with a strong motivation to excel in all aspects of the sales process, from email sequences, calls to LinkedIn outreach, doing whatever it takes to close deals.</li>
 <li>You enjoy reaching inbox zero by the end of the week, are comfortable managing over 100 emails per day, and are prompt in sending follow-ups within 24 hours of discovery calls and demos.</li>
 <li>You are capable and comfortable with the idea of traveling to the UK or other countries for prospect visits, events, and awards dinners.</li>
