Requirements

  • Education: Rising junior, senior, or recent graduate from an accredited college or university with a degree in a related field (advertising/marketing or design-related preferred).
  • Portfolio of work demonstrating creative ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, cross-functional collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with experience design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, XD, Adobe Suite, Invision, Axure).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with agency departments and clients to achieve brand objectives through effective and inclusive communication.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through research, active listening, and regular meetings to deeply understand their businesses and organizations.
  • Receive guidance, feedback, and support through close collaboration with your team, manager, and mentors.
  • Contribute to project development by creating business requirement documents, interaction flows, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and functional specifications.
  • Leverage industry-leading design tools, such as Omnigraffle, InVision, and Axure, to enhance design processes and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Expand your professional network through group projects, client presentations, and networking opportunities with various IPG Health teams.
