Responsibilities

  • Support the Live Music Operations Specialist with collection of required documentation for new hires and rehire musicians Ensure all documents are verified and uploaded into the Music Management System (MMS) Inform the position schedulers about potential issues or delays in a timely manner
  • Prepare various reports as required including but not limited to: status reports talent search reviews budget analysis and industry trends
  • Assist with creation/edit/proofing of musical scores as needed for the Live Music department
  • Assist with travel requests where needed via Crew Travel and Corporate Travel Services and facilitate flight requests via Concur for vendors without Concur access
  • Support the Live Music schedulers with talent review through live and recorded auditions
  • Support the vendor account creation throughout the process via the APEX system
  • Prepare online orders of musical equipment accessories and props
  • Handle shipping of musical supplies to Miami offices and/or the ships
  • Submit printing orders for the Live Music program including but not limited to: musical scores recruitment flyers posters photos etc
  • Produce audiovisual materials to support Live Music recruitment procedures and advertisements
  • Perform other duties as required
