Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include becoming familiar with our guests’ needs and upcoming product portfolio to analyze strategize and recommend new and/or evolved attraction experiences across our brand; identifying key players and critical stakeholders needed to bring our ideas to life; and collaborating with several cross-functional partners in the organization to support our initiatives; presenting and pitching ideas to various leadership teams throughout the organization; as well as the opportunity to support the team in launching a new ship
  • Develop attraction ideas for new and existing products in our fleet; creative problem-solving to leverage an existing space on a ship and identify ways to evolve and/or repurpose with a new attraction
  • Analyze data and trends in the amusement and attractions industry to support and develop recommendations and strategies for how the brand will continue positioning itself as a thrilling brand experience
  • Support the Thrills & Attractions Team on various ship and land-based projects that are in different stages of project completion
  • In addition the individual will have the opportunity to network across our brand to gain insight on our team’s heavy reliance on effective collaboration
