Requirements

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in RFID Engineering or comparable
  • Must have an anticipated graduation date between May 2025 undergrads and between 2025-2027 for Master's/MBA's
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be able to work hybrid schedule from Bentonville, AR (3 days in office, 2 remote days per week)
  • Must be comfortable working in a highly technical environment and possess moderate technical comprehension
  • Willingness to understand customer problems, document KPI's therein and show the association of ROI based on our solutions to the End User's use case
  • Stellar communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with other sellers and technical engineers as well as work cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
  • Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Use Case #1: Perpetual Inventory in front of store. Understand how Walmart is using our RFID solutions for BOPIS, PI and related POS use cases
  • Use Case #2: Retail DC's that intake pallets (RFID tagged) and break down the workflow for validation of receipt of goods before they go to front of store.
  • Technology: familiarize on our RFID key technology platforms being: ATRs, Mobile devices, SNaPs, Portals and Tunnels.
  • Software: Familiarize on our software solutions which are 3 | Zebra internal, Nedapt, Xmelgo.
  • Site Assessment: Shadow the team on how we perform these and how to properly engineer the equipment to capture the data at key read points.
  • ROI: Consolidate all of the above in defining the use case KPI's and how our solution can drive cost down initiatives, improve efficiency and increase sales through item availability.
