Responsibilities

  • - ServiceLine - you will be the first point of contact for issues related to building amenities
  • - Answering all incoming calls and emails to ServiceLine Toronto
  • - Coverage of ServiceLine in office
  • - Submitting workorders via Prism
  • - Following up on resolved issues with CRE team to manage in a timely manner
  • - Ordering office supplies, ensuring equipment (phones, photocopier) are in working order, calling for service as required
  • - Create and update content for CRE Hub Site
  • - Create and update content for CRE Display board which is both informative and engaging
  • - Work to promote events and contests to engage tenants
  • - Work to resolve building related inquiries including parking
