Responsibilities

  • The applicant will spend half the week supporting the stroke service and the other half working within the breathlessness service.
  • They will be completing screenings and assessments of patients mental health needs, as well as offering support to family members.
  • They will also work closely with members of the multidisciplinary team to support them to understand the patients psychological needs.
