Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly well-being kit
  • Track attendance data for well-being activities/webinars
  • Assist with planning of well-being celebration
  • Participate on ministry headquarters well-being team (well-being wagon, walks, treat days, etc)
  • Assist with resource fairs (new clinician experience, nursing symposium, etc)
  • Assist with Resident work (planning of Resident dinner/happy hour, benefits webinars for new class, etc)
  • Help with updates to well-being portal and MyHR
  • Assist with scheduling on-site vendor visits (Fidelity, Hike, etc)
  • Assist with pension data and file clean-up
  • Assist benefit analysts with mailings
  • Assist benefit analyst with audits
  • Review SOP (Statement of Purpose) to determine if accurate and easy to follow
  • Develop knowledge based articles on benefits and well-being/ assist with development of a microsite in ServiceNow for both
  • Attend vendor review meetings or RFP results meetings
