The intern is expected to work part-time hours (20-30 hours) during the school year, with the potential to work 40 hours during the summer.

The primary work location is at OSF Mission Headquarters at 124 SW Adams, when not working remotely.
What type of tasks will the Organizational Development Intern be responsible for?
The intern will perform clerical support, project support, and administrative functions, including preparing reports, assisting with training programs, and scheduling meetings.
Are there any specific educational requirements for this internship?
Yes, candidates must be current students attending college/university in an undergraduate program focused on organizational development, human resources, healthcare, business, or a related discipline.
What skills are required for the position?
Candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail, and a working knowledge of Excel, Canva, SharePoint, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Is prior experience necessary for this internship?
While it is preferred, prior experience or coursework in organizational development, human resources, or related fields is not strictly required.
