Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily and monthly balancing and resolving out of balance situations.
  • Enter Billing transactions to perform journal entries that require an audit trail.
  • Consolidate customer invoicing into a single balanced transaction.
  • Miscellaneous transactions that are manually keyed.
  • Entry of invoices into third party and owner web sites as required by the customer.
  • Perform reconciliations for select accounts.
  • Process billing holds.
  • Support Credit and Collections and Sales offices in relation to invoicing transactions including the generation of Proforma invoices.
  • Project Administration tasks working closely with Independent office personnel.
  • Various projects as assigned, including some routine tasks and special projects.
