Requirements

It is essential that an applicant already has, or is working towards the completion of a RICS accredited Building Surveying degree or a RICS accredited masters conversion course, and;
Completing or has completed a placement year in industry; or
Work experience within the industry / field of expertise
Shows an understanding of how to build client relationships through effective communication
Competent in the use of CAD (desirable)
Skills
Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written)
Must possess excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Must possess excellent organisation and time management skills
Must have proficient IT skills, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project)
Must be able to work effectively as part of a team
Must be willing to learn, to be proactive, and to contribute to the success of the Department
Must possess the relevant degree of practical experience as a Building Surveyor within the commercial property market

Responsibilities

By joining the team, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside a diverse range of experts on projects of all sizes across the UK. You will assist surveyors in their responsibility for the full range of professional building surveying duties on commercial property to clients.
