Responsibilities

  • You will assist in analyzing and expanding strategies related to member acquisition/retention and the Medicaid competitive bid response process.
  • The intern will learn about Growth & Engagement Medicaid processes, brand strategy, partner development, negotiation, trend analysis, programmatic and environmental impacts, and member satisfaction.
  • Engage in researching and outreaching disenrollment, assist in the implementation and the development of growth and marketing initiatives, and assist with outreach to members, track membership trends, and administrative duties as needed.
  • Interns will evaluate and monitor performance and efficiency of planned initiatives and execution yield targeted ROI.
