No, this is not a remote position; the internship is located in Overland Park, Kansas.
What kind of projects will I be working on as an intern?
You will contribute to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects of varying sizes and scopes.
What technical software programs will I learn during the internship?
Interns will learn software programs specific to their disciplines, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro, and GIS.
What qualifications do I need to apply for this internship?
You need to be in the process of receiving an ABET accredited engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters) in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, or Agricultural Engineering, or Engineering Technology.
