What is the duration of the Commercial Sales Internship?
The internship will run for 10 weeks from May 19th, 2025 to July 25th, 2025.
Where is the internship located?
The position will work in a hybrid model (remote and office) and the ideal candidate should live within 50 miles of the Manchester, NH Elevance Health PulsePoint office.
What are the work hours for the internship?
The internship is a full-time program requiring 40 hours per week.
What are the minimum requirements to apply for the internship?
Candidates must be enrolled in a program of study at an accredited college/university and be able to work 40 hours per week while being in-office at least three days per week.
What types of projects will the intern be involved in?
The intern will support the New Hampshire Large Group Sales team on projects related to healthcare cost analytics, full-cycle sales processes, and client communications.
Are all majors welcome to apply?
Yes, while Business Administration or similar degree-tracks are preferred, all majors are welcome to apply.
What skills are preferred for applicants?
Preferred skills include adaptability to a fast-paced environment, familiarity with Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills, and public speaking abilities.
Will there be mentorship opportunities during the internship?
Yes, interns will have the opportunity to partner with mentors for guidance and support throughout the internship.
Is there any expectation for vaccination?
Yes, new candidates in certain patient/member-facing roles are required to become vaccinated against COVID-19 and Influenza unless they provide an acceptable explanation.
