  • The Compensation Summer Intern is responsible for performing a variety of tasks and projects that address the needs of the Compensation department. Interns will work with our Job Description database, career path review, market data systems and complete various analyses.


  • Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel & Word
  • Working knowledge of any HRIS systems a plus (Workday/PeopleSoft/Oracle)
  • Working knowledge of market data systems a plus (MarketPay/PayFactors/UKG)
  • General Skills & Competencies:
  • Good time management
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential and highly sensitive information
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Work Experience:
  • No experience required
  • Some HR experience preferred
  • Preferred Education:
  • Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
  • Travel / Physical Demands:
  • Travel typically less than 10%
  • Office environment
  • No special physical demands required

  • Works under the direction of Compensation team leadership and/or analyst team to complete assigned tasks and projects
  • Reviews market data matches and complete position benchmarks
  • Reviews and assesses the existing job descriptions (JD) and identifies which JD's need updates & revisions
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned or required
