Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must be fully/permanently authorized to work in the US, Cognizant cannot provide sponsorship for this role (CPT/OPT not eligible)
  • Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field
  • Experience with Python, Pandas, Numpy, Jupyter Notebook, GitHub
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Matplotlib)
  • Experience with machine learning is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Available to intern for the full 12-week internship starting June or July.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the collection and analysis of large data sets.
  • Help implement algorithms and models for data analysis.
  • Assist with data visualization and presentation of findings to key stakeholders.
  • Help maintain and improve data infrastructure.
  • Be customer advocate that implements our Neuro AI offering.
  • Work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment with your peers on the Neuro AI team.
