Responsibilities

  • Coordinate product launches across e-retailers to drive sales, maximise opportunities and elevate the brand.
  • Ensure the retailers websites are always up to date with the correct content, creative banners, assets and copy to comply with Dior brand guidelines.
  • Monitor visibility on e-retailer platforms, both for Dior and competitors, providing regular updates back to the business, identifying opportunities.
  • Conduct daily site audits to ensure visibility aligns with the eTrade plan and checking product stock levels.
  • In charge of competitive intelligence reports.
  • In charge of tracking weekly sales and maintaining ownership of a key sales report for the team.
  • Budget coordination: raising POs, managing invoices, tracker maintenance and working closely with eRetail Managers to oversee the eRetail budget.
