  • Barclays has created this scholarship in order to benefit and enhance its efforts to increase, in a variety of ways, the diversity of its workforce, and to provide support to emerging leaders who demonstrate a shared commitment to Barclays’ ideals on the subject of diversity, equity and inclusion.   • We welcome you to apply for our Empowering Leaders Fellowship. Students who are selected for the fellowship will be granted up to $15,000 to apply towards their education in addition to their internship offers. This fellowship provides the opportunity to open various pathways to success.
