Responsibilities

  • Assisting with execution of Special Events, Major Stadium Events, and Commander’s home games under the direction of the Sr. Manager of Events & Production and other department staff members.
  • Help organize and execute internal stakeholder events (Sales, Sponsorship, Community Relations, Marketing etc.)
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure the successful execution of all events.
  • Attend meetings with clients, vendors and internal departments as appropriate to prepare for events.
  • Assist with overseeing gameday hospitality areas and pre and post gameday operations.
  • Assist with large scale team events such as Training Camp, Draft Party, and other events as needed.
  • Oversee part-time staff for events and activations.
  • Create event timelines, layouts, and budgets estimates for assigned events.
  • Support as manager on duty for assigned events.
  • Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
