Responsibilities

  • Filming:
  • Film position-specific individual drills for all practice days.
  • Video Production:
  • Help with creating team hype videos and other videos for team use.
  • Gameday Assistance:
  • Assist with passing out Stillshot tablets on the sideline for gameday.
  • Assist with getting cards to other locations in the stadium on gameday.
  • Assist gameday shooters with setup of camera equipment.
  • Assist with post-game breakdown of camera equipment.
  • Move team hotel equipment from team bus to post-game moving trucks.
  • Assist with putting game film on players' / coaches' / scouts' iPads post game.
  • Equipment Management:
  • Help with the setup and breakdown process of 8K mastRcams each practice day.
  • Manually move mastRcams via tow hitch on gator cart.
  • Maintain and monitor the condition of mastRcams.
  • Assist with maintaining inventory of all practice and gameday equipment.
  • Ensure all batteries are charged, SD cards are packed and formatted, and gameday bags have all necessary equipment.
  • Set back up meeting room after home/away games.
  • Help set up meeting rooms in team hotels in the event of off-site training camp and potential team travel for away games.
  • Assist with practice setup of the 8K rewind tablet solution.
  • DVSport Proficiency:
  • Have a general knowledge of DVSport software to help assist coaches and be willing to learn more about the program.
  • Facility Management:
  • Assist with maintaining meeting rooms in team facilities (both in-house and on the road), ensuring all equipment works properly and the space is set up cleanly and properly.
