What is the duration of the coaching commitment?
Coaches are expected to commit Monday-Friday for approximately eight hours per day, preferably for a minimum of 3-5 weeks during the camp session running from June 9, 2025, to August 15, 2025.
What age group will I be working with?
You will be working with campers aged 4 through 13.
Do I need to have prior coaching experience?
Yes, we are looking for candidates who have experience coaching and/or playing baseball at a high school level or higher.
Is transportation provided to the camp locations?
No, you will need to have reliable transportation of your own to travel to each camp site.
What are the camp locations?
The camp locations include various areas such as San Francisco, Danville, Millbrae, Larkspur, Redwood City, Los Gatos/Saratoga, Napa, Palo Alto, Orinda, San Mateo, Los Altos Hills, Burlingame, San Carlos, San Jose, West Sacramento, Elk Grove, Rocklin, Folsom, and Sacramento.
What is the compensation for the coaching position?
Compensation varies based on skill level and experience. Professional Educators earn $22.00/hour (with teaching experience or certification) while College Students/Recent Graduates earn $18.67/hour.
Is there any training provided for coaches?
Yes, we provide training and curriculum for our coaches.
