Responsibilities

  • The candidate will be responsible for analyzing Samsung’s digital consumer journey across owner and partner: social, search (organic and paid), .com, and CRM.
  • Based on the results of their findings they will develop a recommendation of the things that we are doing well, what we need to improve, and most importantly things that we are not doing that we should be from a Gen Z/millennial perspective in order to grow mindshare and market share with this demographic (from consideration to conversion).
  • In partnership with product, marketing, and retail (digital) this candidate will then provide a recommendation to the update of the GTM framework and project plan followed by Samsung teams to ensure inclusivity of tactics that speak to this audience and result in a significant change in the way we go to market digitally as a company.
  • The candidate will be responsible for leading our Q3 Millennial/Gen Z Innovation Workshop.
  • The ideal candidate will take the project from ideation to sell-in to teams.
