Requirements

  • Minimum of working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Labor Relations or other related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters and understand company policies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to handle administrative tasks.
  • Ability to interpret, analyze, and explain internal databases.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Assist in ensuring timely completion of onboarding tasks for new hires and clients.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
  • Partake in the interview process.
  • Policy Maintenance:
  • Research state employment law regulations.
  • Update and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant labor practices and regulations.
  • Assist in composing and editing documents related to HR activities.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintain and update HRIS records, including performance evaluations.
  • E-File documents into employee files and new employee files, ensuring organization and confidentiality.
  • Special Projects:
  • Provide support for special HR projects as needed, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
  • Meeting and Client Launch Support:
  • Attend HR meetings, set agendas, and take minutes as required.
  • Assist in coordinating logistics for HR-related meetings and client launch dates.
