What are the responsibilities of the IT Intern?
Responsibilities include daily IT support while shadowing IT Analysts, working with local and regional IT teams to deliver support services, installing new office equipment, and troubleshooting PC-level problems.
What qualifications are required for the position?
Candidates must be in the process of receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related fields, have previous customer service experience, and possess an understanding of Windows 10.
Are there any preferred qualifications for applicants?
Preferred qualifications include experience with CAD/Engineering applications, certifications such as MCP, A+, Network+, Cisco CCNA, and knowledge of mobile device configuration and enterprise applications.
