Responsibilities

  • New card processing and card maintenance
  • Review daily reports for accuracy of customer and product information and perform quality checks on debit card portfolio
  • Assist with posting, reconcilement and research exception transactions associated with account adjustments and ATM cash vault balancing
  • Assist with auxiliary products/services inquiries from the branches and Call Center- Digital Wallets, Card Valet, text alerts etc.
  • Work directly with Fremont Bank Fraud Team to minimize and mitigate potential losses
  • Provide backup assistance in understaffed situations and work with the team to ensure all departmental duties and goals are met.
  • Comply with applicable federal, state, local, government regulations and adhere to the debit/credit card brand guidelines
  • Recommend change to improve processes and resolve recurring variances
  • Assist on various projects
  • Possible Projects - Launch of contactless cards. Monitoring client feedback
  • Review Fiserv and Mastercard programs to increase new debit card activations
  • Refresh Interchange spreadsheets - Uchoose Reward program - Leverage App.
