Requirements

  • Your academic background in health-related or behavioral science discipline provides a strong foundation of knowledge.
  • Your exceptional writing and editing skills ensure effective communication of research findings to a business audience.
  • You are exceptionally curious and possess critical thinking abilities to help navigate research challenges, encouraging you to ask tough questions and delve deeper.
  • You have at least some experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research, allowing you to support data collection and analysis.
  • Your excellent presentation skills facilitate the sharing of insights with colleagues.
  • Your skill in translating complex scientific research into layperson's terms bridges the gap between technical insights and practical applications.
  • You have proficiency with software tools like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and NVivo.
  • While not required, your knowledge of diabetes is a valuable asset, aligning with our focus and providing context for your contributions.
  • Education and Experience:
  • Typically requires a completed Bachelors degree and actively enrolled Masters, JD, or PhD students with a minimum of 0-2 years related experience

Responsibilities

  • You will assist in conducting literature reviews, playing a pivotal role in summarizing research findings to inform our projects.
  • You provide essential support in synthesizing and presenting behavioral science insights to cross-functional teams, ensuring research findings are integrated into our medical device development.
  • You will develop clear and impactful visual representations of information to aid our decision-making processes.
  • You work closely with the team to execute qualitative and quantitative research activities, participating in data collection, analysis, and reporting to enhance our understanding of patient behaviors and needs.
  • You help keep the team informed and updated by staying current with the latest developments in behavioral science and sharing relevant findings to support our initiatives.
