Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cluster/country leadership and distributor partners to optimize the Go to Market (GTM) model and resources.
  • Implement segmentation and prioritization methodologies aligned with EMEA guidance, tailored to distributor capabilities and market dynamics.
  • Lead territory design using data-driven decisions (e.g., optimum balance of sales potential, market share, geographical area, and critical relationship factors) and EMEA framework, in collaboration with distributor insights.
  • Develop targeting and activity planning to improve returns, measure, and track all initiatives for continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with distributor strategies.
  • Ensure full usage of existing sales tools and technologies, suggesting enhancements where appropriate. Drive the adoption and usage of CRM as an integral sales enablement tool, providing training and support to distributor teams.
  • Drive solid sales strategy execution and processes, promoting innovation to stay ahead of market changes and competition, in partnership with distributors.
  • Monitor sales performance, define critical metrics, and implement governance to drive data-driven decision-making and sharing important metrics for distributor performance.
  • Facilitate collaboration across sales, market access, and marketing roles, and ensure effective communication with distributor partners.
  • Enable effective and regular (monthly) monitoring of sell-out/in and partner with distributors to enhance customer experiences and sales effectiveness in selected markets.
  • Identify sales training needs and collaborate with the sales training team, including training for distributor sales teams.
  • Take overall charge of incentives and contests for the cluster/country in collaboration with EMEA Sales Operations, and coordinate with distributors to ensure participation and engagement.
  • Act as a change agent to support continuous and consistent growth, fostering a collaborative environment with distributors.
  • Support special projects to improve commercial performance and/or expansion efforts, including creation and execution of robust business plans.
  • Other responsibilities include supporting the commercial leader on initiatives that build and expand Dexcom’s commercial capabilities in the cluster.
