Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the coordination of the Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) process. Including guiding the 1st line of defense trough the assessment, providing 2nd line challenge on key risks, and consolidating results for management reporting.
  • Provide guidance and challenge on Operational Risk Incidents. Oversee the way incidents are logged, understood, and reflected upon in the business.
  • Deliver insightful risk analysis; support the Senior Operational Risk Managers developing key risk indicators/analytics.
