Requirements

  • You are studying in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in (industrial) engineering, traffic engineering, mobility, technology management, innovation management, business administration, computer science or in a comparable field of study.
  • First practical experience in strategy, technology management, business development or consulting is an advantage.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of a programming language (e.g. Python, R, SAS) is an advantage.
  • Communication and project management skills.
  • Fluent German and English skills.

Responsibilities

  • In your new role you will support our team in developing a mobility strategy and monitoring of mobility trends, such as new mobility services, new vehicle concepts and innovative business models.
  • We offer you an international working environment through continuous exchange with our tech offices in Asia and North America.
  • You will work on the development of comprehensive mobility trend analyses regarding customers, society, new business models, and regulatory frameworks.
  • To assist in the evaluation of new mobility innovations in our company is also part of your tasks.
  • Furthermore, you will support us in the alignment of the international innovation strategy with a focus on mobility.
  • In addition to creating presentations and preparing for committees, you will also contribute to desk research and results preparation on project-specific topics.
  • You can gain experience throughout the entire strategy process and actively contribute your creative skills in an interdisciplinary, highly motivated strategy team.
