The purpose of the Sales Performance Management Intern position is to learn how the Sales Performance Management team supports the sales teams for both the US and Global, including tasks related to incentive compensation processes.

The intern will create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the incentive compensation process and tools for both the US and Global, and assist the Sales Performance Management team with recommendations to streamline processes.
What educational background is required for this intern position?
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or a Scientific field (preferably Biology/Chemistry) as a rising junior or senior, or be currently accepted or enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program.
What is the minimum GPA requirement for candidates applying for this position?
Candidates must currently have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
What technical skills are required for the intern role?
Candidates should have familiarity and comfort with Excel, including working with Macros and pivot tables, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Where is this internship located?
The role is based in Research Triangle Park, NC, with a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
