Requirements

  • You have:
  • Graduate degree in business administration, accounting, economics, human resources, or any similar discipline
  • Academic projects or professional experience in manipulating and analyzing datasets
  • Ability to multitask while respecting deadlines
  • Ability to handle a large volume of work accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team environment
  • Excellent English written/verbal communication skills (knowledge of another language is an asset)
  • Highly computer literate, particularly in MS Office (other open-source learning management systems such as Moodle as well as any other data analytical software is an asset)
  • You are:
  • Able to multitask while respecting deadlines
  • Able to handle a large volume of work accurately and efficiently

  • Very meticulous and precise

Responsibilities

  • Assist training partners and students across multiple channels
  • Follow up on student and partner payments as well as payment reconciliation with Finance as per the given deadlines
  • Arrange the logistics of Training Partnership programs internally and with the Training Partners
  • Maintain and update tracker files and database
  • Handle internal and external customer enquiries and provide timely responses as per the SOP
  • Provide support in special tasks of Training Partnerships operations and ongoing activities
  • Provide any other support tasks, as required
