Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will assist the ITB Americas team in New York with all the transversal issues that are related to the ITB activities and perimeter, and including but not limited to:
  • ITB business activity reporting (both for North and South America)
  • Develop good understanding of each ITB product lines (Trade Finance, Export Finance, PEFS, GCF, Cash Management and RSF)
  • Participate to weekly ITB commercial activity meeting
  • Assist in the preparation of ITB monthly NBI reporting (Flash)
  • Assist in the preparation of ITB weekly liquidity reporting
  • Shadow the Finance and ITB teams in Brazil to consolidate ITB Americas reporting
  • Support the preparation and monitoring of the budget
  • Contribute to NAPs, CSPs and other approval processes if needed
  • Assist in the preparation of business view reporting tools
  • Assist in the specific market and sector reviews on some strategic sectors such as Healthcare, Tech, Automotive, maintaining regular market intelligence on market updates and evolutions
  • Assist in the preparation of ITB Americas communications, both locally and globally in close coordination with Local and HO communication teams
  • Policies and Procedures:
  • Develop deep understanding of ITB policies and procedures
  • Assist in updating policies and procedures as needed
  • Shadow the full implementation including Training, Compliance policies
