Requirements

  • First-year law student (1L) in good academic standing at an ABA-accredited law school

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time during the internship
  • Availability to participate full-time in an 8-week internship from June 2, 2025 through July 25, 2025
  • Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Have an undergraduate GPA of at least 3.5 and law school GPA of at least 3.3 (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated leadership

Responsibilities

  • Participate in training activities for Deloitte’s interns
  • Work on assigned projects (including, but not limited to, drafting agreements, conducting legal research, drafting memos, and preparing summaries) related to litigation, transactional, employment, regulatory investigations, and other legal matters
  • Participate in meetings/calls related to assigned projects
  • Shadow OGC team members
  • Participate in social, professional, and other networking opportunities
