Requirements

  • Be fluent in English and German;
  • Have a law degree / legal training with good academic and soft skills (for German trained candidates: preference for qualification with at least first State Exam (1. Staatsexamen);
  • Have strong written and oral communication and time management skills;
  • Have an interest in the Technology Sector and Information Technology Law;
  • Be a strong team player and fast learner;
  • Be open minded and passionate to work in a truly international environment;
  • A good sense of humour is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • The remit encompasses a variety of legal tasks, including confidentiality agreements, transactional and contractual support for commercial agreements, general legal queries across a variety of topics pertinent to IBM business as well as regulatory and anti-corruption compliance support worldwide.
