Will I have a mentor during my apprenticeship?
Yes, a mentor will be allocated to oversee your work-based learning programme.
How often will I attend the BMW Group Academy for training?
You will attend training in one-week blocks approximately once every two to three months.

Desired skills include good manual dexterity and a keen interest in automotive vehicles and the industry.
What future prospects are available after completing the apprenticeship?
Upon successful completion, you will be able to continue your development on the BMW Technical Programme.
