What qualifications do I need to apply for this programme?
To be considered for this programme, you must have completed or be in your final year of an undergraduate or postgraduate qualification, or equivalent, in a technical discipline such as Physics, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Economics, Statistics, Calculus, Computer Science, or other STEM subjects.
What programming skills are preferred for applicants?
Ideally, candidates should have mathematical and programming skills in languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
Is prior experience required to apply for the Quantitative Analytics Graduate Programme?
This programme is targeted at recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates, so prior work experience is not explicitly required. However, any relevant internships or academic experience in the field could be beneficial.
What types of teams will I have the opportunity to work with in this programme?
You will have the opportunity to join specialist teams such as Markets Quants or Statistical Modelling Quants, working collaboratively with colleagues in those areas.
What kind of training can I expect at the start of the programme?
The graduate experience begins with several weeks of intense training covering product and business knowledge as well as other skills necessary for a successful start.
