  • Collaborate with Manager on creating a new Real Estate Training Program.
  • The project work will consist of collecting and organizing information within outdated handbooks/training materials and developing interactive courses for team members.
  • In direction by Manager, assists in implementing best practices in instructional design, course creation and training.
  • Coordinates with other Managers and Directors regarding new hire start dates, travel arrangements, and other related logistics.
  • Engages the Analytics team to analyze data and evaluate training performance.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
